Many people have dreamed of hallway's becoming larger in their dreams. My experiences of hallways have been diverse. Hallway's in my dreams have had a meaning all of their own. What each meaning is can not be answered with just one universal meaning for all of them.

One type of 'hallway dream' I've had is: I somehow reach a hallway as someone is chasing me. I look down the hallway and try to run down it but it grows longer as I try to go forward. I try to push myself to run harder to reach the point of safety. Usually I somehow push myself hard enough and I escape just in the nick of time.

This is another example of a 'hallway dream'. I am with friends and I am at a gathering or small party. I need to go to the restroom so I go towards the hallway that leads to the bathroom. I notice I am not walking. I am being transported by a conveyor belt. Like a space age people mover.

And yet another example of a 'hallway dream', I am in the long hallway that ascends into the gates of heaven. This was the most incredible of all the different 'hallway types' of dreams I've had. This dream is surreal. The hallway has a heartbeat sound in the entire dream. Its leads me through and feels like I am in a fluid stream of motion. I move between the beats like liquid, but with an airy feeling all around me.
