I walked to the intersection and looked all four ways. I figured that the direction I came from was not the one to go. So I had to make a decision to go on one of the other three other ways. I stood there for a while. It was very quiet. Not like a normal city. No wind, no rain, no sun. I looked up and saw the street sign turn green. I just started walking like if I knew where I was going. I seemed to start having a crowd behind me. All ages and both male and female were tailing me from behind. I stopped and asked them “Why are you people following me?" The crowd said in many voices, “You know the way.” I pointed to my chest and said, "ME? I know the way?" The crowd laughed and said, “Yes, Yes you do!"
So I walked and walked and walked. Every time I turned around the people laughed at me and said," Don't stop. Keep going. “It seemed they were not going to stop following me. No matter what I did, they stayed right on my trail. So I quit trying to get rid them. A small boy walked beside me. He was so cute. He had light brown hair and pretty green eyes. We talked and walked together side by side.
A glowing orange light in the sky was breaking through the clouds. The sun was about to go down. I looked down to the boy to ask him where it was he lived, but he was no longer beside me. I turned around to see the others. All of them were gone.
The city was in the distance. I must have walked many miles. My feet and legs felt the tickling of long grass brisling my legs. I laid down for rest in this field. I fell deep asleep and woke up in my home.
